Creative Performance Co. for Elevators
Creative Performance Co. for Elevators is a Saudi company founded in 2017 and was owned 25% by Mayar Holding Company and 75% by the Japanese Hitachi Elevators Company. Under the name of Hitachi Elevators Saudi Arabia Limited.
The relationship between Mayar Holding Company and the Japanese Hitachi Elevator Company began in 2007, when Mayar Holding Company - through one of its subsidiaries - was the exclusive agent for marketing, selling, installing and maintaining Japanese “HITACHI” elevators and escalators in the Kingdom, and 10 years later the relationship turned into a strategic partnership through the establishment of Hitachi Elevators Saudi Arabia Limited.
At the end of 2021, it was agreed between the two parties that Mayar Holding Company would acquire all the company’s shares – 100% - in addition to Mayar Holding Company obtaining an exclusive agency to sell all Japanese HITACHI elevator products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, starting from 1/1/2022.
The company's activity is importing and trading elevators, escalators, moving sidewalks and spare parts, as well as carrying out mechanical works such as installing, maintaining, repairing and modernizing elevators, escalators, moving walks and spare parts for HITACHI elevators.
